Jett Middleton joins the Club as Director of Community Development

Please join us in welcoming Calvin "Jett" Middleton to the team. Jett is a recent graduate of Boise State University, where he was Captain of the Men's Tennis team with a Top 40 doubles rank and All-Conference honors. Jett will be reaching out to members and prospective members over the coming weeks to learn more about the member experience: what is working, what is missing, and how the Club can best serve the network going forward. If he reaches out, give him fifteen minutes — his notes shape what we build next.

Wall Street to Texas

NYC recruiting trip 9/8-9/10 - we need your introductions

The Economic Club of Texas and Opportunity Austin are partnering to recruit Wall Street firms to move offices and people to Texas. Our recruitment team, led by Britt Harris, will be in New York September 8-10. If you can suggest executives to meet - or want to invite someone to our Native Texan and Texan-alumni "rally the troops" happy hour on 9/8 in Midtown Manhattan - please let us know.
